• Chapter 2.2.2, Example 2.3: "Substituting" is misspelled.

Chapter 6

• Figure 6.7: Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle \theta_0} should be Failed to parse (unknown function "\math"): {\displaystyle \theta^0<\math> (5 times) and <math>\theta_1} should be Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle \theta^1} (1 time).
