  • Chapter 2.2.2, Example 2.3: "Substituting" is misspelled.

Chapter 6

  • Figure 6.7: θ0 should be Failed to parse (unknown function "\math"): {\displaystyle \theta^0<\math> (5 times) and <math>\theta_1} should be θ1 (1 time).

Chapter 8

  • (online version only) Chapter 8.1.1, last paragraph: θ˙1 is improperly typeset.
