Introduction

Intersil's HIP4086 is an 80V, 500mA, 3-phase MOSFET Gate Driver. This package enables a microcontroller with 3.3V, logic level outputs to control a set of 6 N-channel MOSFETS to drive a 3-phase Brushless DC Motor.
